Trinh brings over 15 years’ experience across finance, systems, and client delivery, and plays a central role in how CFO Dynamics supports its clients.

She works closely with business owners to improve visibility, strengthen reporting, and embed systems that support better decisions, with a practical, hands-on approach and strong client focus.

Claire brings 25+ years’ experience across Australia, the UK, and the Middle East, including a senior role as AVP Finance at the Dubai Group. With a sharp eye for detail, she specialises in account reconciliation, audit, and finance systems — ensuring the numbers are accurate and stand up to scrutiny.

Susanne is a Senior Client Manager, with the business since 2015. She leads month-end reporting, compliance, and payroll while improving financial processes and systems.

Having led finance teams across Australia, New Zealand, and London, she brings strong experience implementing change and ensuring reporting remains reliable, accurate, and fit for purpose.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant with experience across Big Four, mid-tier firms, and 10 years as Group Financial Controller in oil and gas. He combines commercial and contract expertise with a strong instinct for technology, helping clients simplify systems, improve visibility, and get more value from their data.

Cathy is a CPA with experience in public practice and mid-tier firms, and has grown into a key role within the client management team.

She manages high-volume client portfolios while supporting those around her and leading systems and software improvements that enhance how work gets done.

Sepi is a management accountant with 10+ years’ experience across retail and legal sectors, including a Financial Controller role for a multinational operating across the Middle East and Europe.

She specialises in forecasting, strengthening how businesses plan ahead and make decisions with confidence, supported by strong capability in reporting and financial control. A CPA and MBA-qualified professional, Sepideh brings disciplined execution and a structured approach to finance.

Kirsty Trzcinski is a CPA with 20+ years’ experience across manufacturing, IT, construction, and mining. Having worked in both large multinationals and smaller growing businesses, she brings a practical understanding of how finance supports day-to-day operations — helping teams analyse performance and make better use of resources.

Hayden is a Chartered Accountant who supports clients across reporting and day-to-day financial management.

He is known for his calm, measured approach and strong client relationships, taking the time to listen and understand before acting. Hayden brings a steady and reliable presence to client work, ensuring consistency and building trust over time.

Priscilla is a Chartered Accountant and Client Manager focused on financial control and reporting. She works with clients to strengthen processes, improve visibility, and manage risk.

She has led budgets, system transitions, and financial operations across industries, improving how finance functions.

Matt leads digital content and video, focused on how the CFO Dynamics story shows up across the site and beyond. He works across brand, structure, and content to make complex ideas clear and practical.

His background spans design, video, and digital, with a focus on building content that supports how the business connects and communicates.

Kylie is Office Manager at CFO Dynamics, responsible for keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

She supports the team across scheduling, client invoicing, and day-to-day operations, ensuring everything stays organised and on track and providing the structure that allows the team to focus on client delivery.

Elena Landrigan supports the team across administration and day-to-day operations, helping ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.

Currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), she brings a growing technical foundation and a reliable, detail-focused approach.
