About Avril Bruins
Avril is a senior accounting professional who specialises in helping small to medium-sized enterprises as well as multi-national organisations navigate complex accounting, tax and business structuring decisions.
Having run her own bookkeeping and consultancy practice for almost 20 years, Avril appreciates the importance of having timely and accurate financial information to hand, good cash flow and balance sheet discipline, matched with good governance, systems and controls to manage risk.
Avril has international experience working in both Perth and Singapore, and uses her knowledge of complex reconciliations, consolidations, corporate regulations and Standards to achieve commercial outcomes for her clients.
Avril holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Outside of work, Avril cherishes spending time with her three sports-mad sons and volunteers as the secretary for her local junior football club. She also enjoys being active, walking with friends, and is an experienced scuba diver.
