Brendan Mills, Director, CPA

As owner and Director, Brendan Mills, founded CFO Dynamics with a vision to help private enterprises control their business management and performance to create generational equity in their business.  

Brendan is passionate about ensuring businesses know exactly how they’re performing, where to improve and opportunities which can be capitalised on through the power of financial information. Mentorship plays a big part in Brendan’s role, educating clients on what their financial and operational information means and how to leverage it. 

Prior to starting CFO Dynamics, Brendan worked in as in a tax accounting role and as a financial growth consultant for a number of businesses – this has afforded Brendan experience across a range of industries including Professional Services, Building & Construction, Mining Services, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Medical, Business to Business and Trade Industries. 

For Brendan, the most satisfaction comes from helping clients and their management team make tough decisions that ultimately achieve success – it’s seeing businesses with limited equity take a strategic approach which turns the business around.  

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business and is a CPA.  

In his spare time, you can find Brendan spending time with his wife and two daughters, exercising and playing competitive basketball every week, and passionately supporting the West Coast Eagles!

Susanne Harris, Senior Client Manager, CPA

Susanne has been a part of the CFO Dynamics team for over five years and is currently a Senior Client Manager. In her role, Susanne is the client lead ensuring client queries are responded to and is responsible for completing end-of-month reports, lodging PAYGW, Payroll Tax, budget and EOFY workpapers and compliance.   

With a career that spans Australia, New Zealand and London, Susanne has lead project teams with national companies successfully implementing new financial processes and systems as well as responsibilities in monthly financial and non-financial reporting, budgeting and specialist reporting.  

Susanne’s approach to her work and client relationship stems from integrity, accountability, loyalty and quality service.  

Susanne is a member of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business.  

In her spare time, Susanne enjoys spending time with her two sons, playing sports on most weekends, gardening, going for walks with her dog and spending time in the pool with friends and family.

Trinh Musto, Client Manager, CPA

With over 15 years’ experience in accounting and systems operation, Trinh is an invaluable member of the CFO Dynamics team. In her role as Senior Client Manager, Trinh works closely with our clients to help them understand their financial systems, deliver end-of-month reporting, and provide expert advice to help their business generate equity. Trinh’s personal approach to client management ensures she is there to attend to any and all client queries. Respect, integrity, honesty are three key values that shine through in Trinh’s work.   

Trinh holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance and is a Chartered Accountant.  

Outside of work, Trinh enjoys travelling and looks forward to her next adventure.

Marcella Cutler, Client Manager

With more than 12 years’ experience in financial and managing accounting, Marcella brings a wealth of knowledge to the CFO Dynamics team. Her experience across industries including real estate, recruitment, agriculture, mining, manufacturing and renewable energy is invaluable in her role as Client Manager. Marcella is responsible for overseeing the financial and management accounts of clients as well as assisting with their budgeting and forecasting. 

Marcella holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Master of Accounting and CPA qualification – achieving this while having and raising young children!

Outside of work, Marcella enjoys playing badminton and getting crafty by making cards and invitations.

Paul Mar, Client Manager, CA

To his role as Client Manager, Paul Mar brings a wealth of experience across a range of industries due to his experience in public practice roles in mid-tier and Big Four CA firms, extensive commercial contract accounting roles in Sydney, London and Perth and ten years as Group Financial Controller with an Oil & Gas company.   

Paul is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ),and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting with Merit (UNSW), a Grad Dip Applied Finance and Investment and a Grad Dip Financial Planning. He is also a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.  

Not only is Paul financially savvy, he is technically savvy – enjoying fixing mobile phones and computers in his spare time, as well as travelling, reading and playing computer games.

Emmy Teo, Client Manager, CPA

Emmy Teo is a Client Manager and her role involves delivering client reporting and analysis to help them know exactly how they are tracking at any point in time. With her high attention to detail and efficient approach to her work, Emmy has become an invaluable member of the CFO Dynamics team since joining in mid 2019.

 Emmy has progressed her career originally starting out as a Tax Accountant before growing into a Senior position consulting clients with growth and systems strategies in various Virtual CFO roles. She then returned to the workforce after being a full-time mum for a few years and moved into contract finance manager role before moving to the client manager position at CFO Dynamics. 

 Emmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and is a CPA. In her spare time, Emmy enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding, scooting and fishing.

Kylie Sheridan, Executive Assistant

As CFO Dynamics’ Executive Assistant, Kylie plays a pivotal role in the operations of the company and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Her role involves supporting the Director and the team to keep the business running. Kylie is responsible for maintain and updating the scheduling system, company finances, and drafting sales invoices monthly as well as general administrative support.    

Work / life balance is an important value for Kylie and in her spare time, you can find Kylie enjoying painting, sewing and bushwalking.
