Meet Brendan Mills, our founder and Director. Since establishing CFO Dynamics in 2013, Brendan has been dedicated to helping private enterprises improve their business management and performance to create life-changing generational equity.
A firm believer in the transformative power of financial information, Brendan works closely with business owners and leaders to understand their current performance, identify areas for improvement, and capitalise on opportunities for long-term growth.
Mentorship is at the heart of Brendan’s approach, as he educates clients on what their financial and operational information means and how they can best leverage it.
Before starting CFO Dynamics, Brendan gained extensive experience in tax accounting and financial consulting across various industries including mining, building, construction, manufacturing, trade, and medical services. This diverse background has equipped him with the insights needed to tackle complex business challenges.
Brendan finds the greatest satisfaction in guiding clients and their management teams, especially those with limited equity, to make tough but strategic decisions that turn their businesses around and ultimately achieve lasting financial success.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, exercising, playing competitive basketball, and passionately supporting the West Coast Eagles.
