About Brendan Mills
Owner/Director Brendan founded CFO Dynamics in 2013 with a vision to help private enterprises improve their business management and performance to create generational equity.
A strong believer in the power of financial information, Brendan works with business owners to understand exactly how they’re performing, where to improve and how to capitalise on opportunities. Mentorship plays a big part in Brendan’s role, educating clients on what their financial and operational information means and how to best leverage it.
Prior to starting CFO Dynamics, Brendan worked in tax accounting and financial consulting roles for a range of industries including mining, building, construction, manufacturing, trade and medical services.
For Brendan, the most satisfaction comes from helping clients and their management teams with limited equity make tough but strategic decisions to turn the business around and ultimately achieve financial success.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practising Accountant. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, exercising, playing competitive basketball, and passionately supporting the West Coast Eagles.
